We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial HVAC Install Foreman to lead commercial HVAC installation projects and oversee field crews. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Crew Management
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction and retrofit projects.
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure crews remain productive and focused on project goals.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Train, mentor, and develop installers and apprentices.
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate project expectations clearly.
Project Execution
- Oversee the installation of commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping systems, controls, and related components.
- Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, mechanical codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project drawings to plan and execute work effectively.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges that could impact quality or schedule.
Quality Control & Safety
- Perform ongoing inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and customer expectations.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and resolve installation issues before they become project delays or quality concerns.
Planning & Communication
- Assist with manpower planning and labor forecasting.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews have the necessary resources to perform work efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, timekeeping, and progress updates.
- Communicate project status, concerns, and solutions to management in a timely manner.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience as a Lead Installer, Foreman, or similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, hydronic systems, ductwork, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Technical or trade school education in HVAC or related field.
- Experience with commercial new construction, renovations, and design-build projects.
