We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. The position is 100% clinic-based with no travel. In this vital role, you will support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to children and individuals with disabilities.
Multidisciplinary Therapy, Inc. is an interdisciplinary clinic providing Speech, Physical, Occupational, and ABA therapy services to children.

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized therapy plans for children and individuals with disabilities.
- Support speech therapy sessions focused on child language development, articulation, fluency, voice, and cognitive-communication skills.
- Work closely with students and clients to promote engagement and progress during therapy activities.
- Prepare therapy materials, set up equipment, and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Document session progress, maintain accurate records of therapy activities, and communicate updates to supervising clinicians.
- Participate in early intervention programs and support students with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) across educational settings.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions when applicable, ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children or students in educational or clinical environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities across pediatric populations including early intervention and school-age children.
- Familiarity with child language development milestones and working with students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies for telehealth delivery when necessary.
- Relevant certifications or training related to pediatrics, speech-language pathology assistance, or early intervention are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
