Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate with businesses to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations to support them
- Contribute to overall sales by confidently presenting and promoting telecommunications solutions in a customer-focused manner
- Establish trust and build lasting customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling objections, and guiding them through the buying process
- Offer personalized solutions that align with each customer’s specific needs and interests
- Work closely with senior managers and team to consistently learn and develop new skills to become a leader in our company
- Ensure exceptional service while cultivating long-term customer loyalty
- Stay current on all service offerings, promotions, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver informed recommendations
Customer Account Representative Qualifications:
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, warehouse, construction, or experience in an entry-level management role is beneficial
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to connect with customers and businesses
- Strong critical thinking skills with the flexibility to adapt quickly in dynamic situations
- Motivated by results and comfortable working in a customer based environment
- Collaborative attitude with independence and self-discipline to succeed with minimal supervision
