Freezer Replenishment & Standup Forklift Associate
Location: Rosemead, CA
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Freezer Replenishment & Standup Forklift Associate to support cold-storage warehouse operations. This position involves physically restocking freezer pick locations, reorganizing inventory, operating stand up forklifts (no sit downs), and ensuring products are accessible for warehouse order fulfillment and daily operations.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse role working inside freezer environments.
Responsibilities
- Replenish freezer pick locations and stocking windows
- Move pallets and cases using standup forklifts and pallet jacks
- Break down pallets and reorganize inventory for efficient access
- Rotate inventory and maintain organized freezer aisles
- Consolidate partial pallets and optimize storage space
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and freezer organization
- Support receiving, put-away, and replenishment operations
- Follow all warehouse safety and freezer procedures
- Work closely with warehouse selectors and operations team
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred
- Standup Forklift experience is a must. (No sitdown forklift)
- Ability to lift heavy cases throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must follow safety procedures at all times
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, pulling, and pallet movement
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Repetitive physical labor in freezer temperatures
Schedule
Schedule may vary based on operational needs.
Example schedules may include:
- Monday–Saturday
- Early morning or daytime shifts
- Overtime as needed
