Responsibilities:
- The dishwasher will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all dishware, cookware, and utensils. They maintain dish stations, sometimes assist with basic food preparation, dispose of trash, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Wash all tableware, pots, pans, and glasses by hand or using the industrial dishwasher, ensuring full compliance with health codes.
- Station Organization: Keep the dish pit organized, clutter-free, and ensure the steady flow of clean supplies to chefs and servers.
- Storage & Stocking: Properly dry, stack, and store clean items in designated cupboards and stations.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Sweep floors, scrub work surfaces, polish stainless steel, and monitor and empty trash cans throughout the shift.
Pay starts at: $16.00 per hour
