Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Prepare and assemble menu items including burgers, hot dogs, and fresh frozen custard treats
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas
- Restock supplies and ingredients to keep service running smoothly during shifts
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet speed-of-service goals during peak hours
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
