We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join us as Entry Level Sales Associates representing AT&T's superior fiber and wireless services throughout the Orange County area.
In this role, you will work directly with prospective customers to introduce them to AT&T’s latest telecommunications solutions, educate them on available services, and help them find options that fit their household or business needs. This is a people-focused position that combines relationship-building, customer outreach, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Entry Level Sales Associate Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospective customers to discuss AT&T Fiber and wireless products and services.
- Execute residential outreach utilizing a generated lead list and connect with warm leads to close sales opportunities
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and personalized service recommendations.
- Educate customers on current sales promotions, pricing options, and service features to help simplify the decision-making process.
- Close sales with confidence and assist with customer enrollments, account setup, and general service support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales and performance activity.
Entry Level Sales Associate - Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of customers.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in customer-facing settings and speaking with new people daily.
- Goal-driven mindset with an interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
