Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned
Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locations
Report significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisor
For RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assigned
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights
