Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position offers exceptional versatility with both Full-Time and Part-Time tracks available.
- Clinic-Based Care: All clinicians enjoy working out of our modern, fully equipped therapeutic facility in downtown Plainfield.
- Early Intervention (EI) Component: For candidates seeking a Full-Time role, the position seamlessly blends clinic-based care with an Early Intervention framework.

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess clients' physical, sensory, developmental, and cognitive capabilities.
- Design, implement, and adapt evidence-based, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific functional goals.
- Provide high-quality clinic-based occupational therapy services.
- For Full-Time positions: Deliver impactful Early Intervention (EI) services to infants, toddlers, and their families within a natural environment framework.
- Maintain precise, timely documentation of evaluations, daily progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate closely with family members, caregivers, physicians, and other team clinicians to ensure a holistic, family-centered approach to care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited institution.
- Current (or pending) Occupational Therapist License in the State of Illinois.
- Successful completion of the NBCOT certification exam.
- A passion for clinical excellence, a warm interpersonal style, and a strong commitment to family-centered care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
