Trainee Marketing Assistant (Promotional Sales Team)

This role is fully hands-on, fully trained, and open to candidates with zero prior industry background.
You'll spend your days out representing recognizable brands, connecting with the public one-on-one, and helping turn everyday conversations into real business results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the face of client brands during promotional sales campaigns
- Strike up conversations with potential customers and hold their interest
- Walk people through product and service offers in a way that's easy to understand
- Help close sales and sign up new customers on the spot
- Contribute to team sales goals set on a daily and weekly basis
- Take part in ongoing coaching and skill-building sessions
- Keep track of your own numbers and progress

Schedule & Location
Full-time, in-person position. Candidates should be able to commute to our Riverside office daily ahead of heading out to promotional locations.
Pay Structure
