Join our team as a Maintenance and Construction Support Technician. This position is a veristile maintenance and construction support position. You will be an integral part of the team, helping maintain high standards for properties while supporting broader construction operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine property maintenance and repairs on property to avoid and/or minimize downtime and disruption
- Float between different jobsites, contributing labor and support wherever required—this may include demolition, site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements on every site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, property managers, and construction teams to coordinate tasks and maximize efficiency.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working order.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors, and handle manual labor.
- Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Commitment to workplace safety and professionalism.
