Summary
Successful candidates will have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering or cable assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform all required duties including the location and shrinking of maker bands on cable assemblies.

Assembly of multi-cable harnesses.

Work from schedules, written and oral, to produce cable assemblies compliant with specifications of manufacturing instructions.

Detect and report defective material, faulty instructions, unusual conditions to supervisor.

Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.

Manual dexterity to handle small hand crimping tools/cutters/heat gun.

Ability to work as a team member.

Communicate verbally with co-workers to keep a safe working environment.

Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assembles.
-
Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education

Effective experience in a Manufacturing environment

Good math skills with ability to count and measure

Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions

Able to do repetitive piece work and hit production goals
