Are you a BCBA/LABA or are you waiting for your exam results or license? Are you interested in helping to transform the lives of children and adults, as well as their families, living with autism and/or Down syndrome on Cape Cod? If so, Reach Coastal ABA would welcome the opportunity to meet you!
Join our like-minded group to provide personalized, life changing ABA therapies to those with an Autism and/or Down syndrome diagnosis and to work in an innovative environment where ideas and collaboration are encouraged!! A manageable caseload will allow you to provide comprehensive ABA services dedicated to improving the communication, social, and adaptive living skills of those needing support to reach their fullest potential.
- Full-time salaried positions: Monday-Friday (with overall availability from 8:00 am-6:30pm). No weekend requirements! $70,000 – $85,000 per year plus a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!!!
- Part-time hourly positions: Monday- Friday (availability for up to 10 hours weekly). No weekend requirements! $75.00 per hour
Responsibilities will include:
- Completion of initial assessments, reassessments, and patient progress reports
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans including the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments
- Oversight and monitoring of individualized treatment using Verbal Behavior, NET, DTT, and positive support strategies.
- Provide Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training, support, and supervision according to the BACB Supervision Standards for RBTs in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Provide technician support and mentorship through the RBT certification process
- Provide support and instruction to families and caregivers regarding behavior management, generalization of newly acquired skills
- Provide consultation and collaboration with other care providers when needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA-Massachusetts Licensure)
- Approved BT/RBT Supervision Training
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage with flexibility and creativity
- Ability to manage, support, and motivate others
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an innovative treatment team including the Clinical Director as well as other professional service providers to deliver seamless instruction
- Independent, reliable transportation
- Comfortable working with clients and families in a variety of home and community settings
- Able to meet specific physical requirements of lifting, kneeling, reaching
- Availability to work late afternoon/early evening hours (FT)
- Monday through Friday
