Job specific details:
· The Interim Assistant Operating Room Manager will be responsible for handling scheduling, daily assignments, payroll updates, performance reviews and hiring.
· Ensure strict compliance with sterile and regulatory health standards and budget tracking.
· Oversee surgical suite workflow, room turnover, equipment allocation, and budget tracking.
· The hospital has 18 ORs; currently utilizing 12 while performing 200 cases per week.
· Responsible for 40 staff members including staff nurses, technicians and clerical staff.
· The Interim OR ANM will need to be visible on the floor and rounding on patients.
· This person will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
· BSN required.
· AK License required upon hire.
· BLS required.
· Must be able to start 2-3 weeks after acceptance.

· W2 pay: $3200-$3300/week
· Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
