Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Active P&C Insurance License: Florida 2-20 license — or ability to obtain a FL non-resident P&C license

3+ months of real P&C insurance sales experience (Allstate experience a plus)

Proven track record selling P&C policies and meeting sales goals

Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly

Comfortable with CRM tools and insurance software
