Responsibilities Include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Provide mobility support, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements
- Observe and report changes in our residents' condition to the nursing staff
- Document care and services provided in the electronic medical record system
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff respectfully and professionally
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Active CNA license in the state of Florida (required)
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with seniors in a long-term care environment
