Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Beautician to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will deliver a wide range of beauty and aesthetic treatments, ensuring each guest feels pampered, confident, and cared for. Your expertise will help elevate our residents’ experience through personalized services, professional communication, and a passion for beauty.
Duties
- Provide hair styling, shaves to enhance clients’ appearance.
- Manage client consultations by explaining treatment options, addressing questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all tools and treatment areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to perform diverse beauty treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
