Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- Utilize computer skills to update customer records, process data entry tasks, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document proofreading.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns with effective phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills in a English. (Spanish).
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
- Experience working at a front desk receptionist is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
