Responsibilities
- Introduce homeowners to Armor Home's eco-friendly, high-quality home improvement solutions that protect and enhance their homes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Develop professional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills through hands-on coaching and real-world experience.
- Participate in weekly sales training, team meetings, and leadership development sessions designed to accelerate your career.
- Continuously grow into increased responsibility, leadership, and mentoring opportunities as your skills and performance develop.
