We buy, renovate, and sell single-family homes — around 30-40 per year.

I'm looking for someone who wants to own our entire construction operation and make it world-class. Your mission is simple: build the best residential renovation operation in our market.
We will complete renovations faster than our competitors, at better costs, while putting out a product we're proud to put our name on. That means obsessing over construction timelines, rehab budgets, quality, subcontractors, systems, and the team you build around you. You are someone who thinks about Lean Manufacturing, the Toyota Production System, Critical Paths, etc. This will not be an easy job but it will be rewarding. Your Role:
You'll run jobs from pre-construction through renovation completion—budgets, timelines, crews, and quality. You'll walk sites daily, solve problems in real time, and build our reputation with crews in the area. We want to be the best and work with the best. You own our reputation and standards on the jobsite. Along with this, you'll work directly with the owner to continuously improve the project management system (with you being the primary owner of this side of the business).
What You'll Actually Do
- Get rehab budgets and timelines down, while increasing quality.
- Continuously improve our systems, processes, an people
- Work directly with the founder—no layers, no politics
- Build scopes and budgets on new properties
- Manage crews, subs, and trades—coordinating work, deliveries, inspections
- Keep projects on schedule and protect profitability
- Find and build relationships with the best contractors in the Triangle
- Walk sites every week. Catch problems before they explode
- Make ROI-driven decisions on the fly
