The Director of Rehabilitation DOR at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a dynamic and experienced leader who will oversee the rehabilitation department and spearhead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery
Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that promote patient independence, comfort, and overall well-being
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient-centered treatment plans
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
Recruit, train, and retain a talented team of rehabilitation professionals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance department operations and service delivery
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
