MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will play a central role in ensuring CIS delivers a seamless, low risk transition and maintains uninterrupted mission operations. Your expertise in building and managing complex schedules will directly support enterprise IT backbone by aligning engineering, operations, and tech refresh milestones with program objectives. The schedules you develop will synchronize critical activities, reduce risk, ensure readiness for transition gates, and enable our teams to deliver with precision. Your work brings clarity, predictability, and confidence to a mission that cannot afford delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, maintain, and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Knowledge Management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectives
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestones
- Collaborate closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery Teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission execution
- Track progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery
- Communicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and mission continuity
- Support transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows, providing visibility into resource loading, task sequencing, and readiness for transition gates
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
- CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Experience using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, etc.)
- Familiarity with Service Central
- 3+ years of experience developing or managing schedules within DoW, IC, or engineering environments
- US citizenship required
- LOCATION: Onsite
