We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team at Salter Med! What You’ll Do:
- Front Office: Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, verify insurance, and handle other administrative tasks.
- Back Office / Clinical: Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, assist providers, give injections, draw blood (phlebotomy), perform EKGs, and handle basic lab duties.
- Support smooth clinic flow by working in both front and back office as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure excellent patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Phlebotomy and injection experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous outpatient/clinic experience is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
