We’re hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Technical Assistant with an athletic or clinical background who can connect with patients, deliver care protocols, and help oversee their full health transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
As our Technical Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in patient outcomes:
- Patient Intake & Case Management
- Welcome and assess Spanish- and English-speaking patients
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Serve as case manager—track progress, follow up, and communicate clearly with both patients and clinical staff
- Clinical & Treatment Support
- Administer SoftWave TRT sessions (training provided)
- Perform rehab modalities and support exercise-based protocols
- Educate patients on their care plans, rehab routines, and lifestyle recommendations
- Offer basic nutritional or movement suggestions within your scope
- Patient Flow & Experience
- Manage clinical flow to ensure efficiency and care quality
- Help patients feel supported, confident, and understood—especially Spanish-speaking clients
- Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and therapists
Ideal Candidate Background
You’re a great fit if you:
- Are fluent in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
- Have an athletic or physical training background—college sports, personal training, CrossFit, martial arts, etc.
- Have experience in physical therapy, massage, rehab, or as a chiro/PT/OT aide
- OR are a licensed healthcare provider (RN, NP, PA, DC) seeking part-time impact
- Are passionate about healing the body naturally—not masking symptoms with meds
- Live a health-forward lifestyle and can consult on basic movement and nutrition
- Are confident, coachable, organized, and a great communicator
- Are tech-savvy (EMRs, iPads, charting software, etc.)
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus Opportunities: Performance bonuses available based on hitting treatment goals, patient outcomes, and other KPIs
- Growth Path: Expand into leadership roles, advanced treatments, and higher pay tiers as you grow with the practice
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Certified or licensed in massage therapy, PT, or chiropractic
- Experience with rehab tech: chiropractic, shockwave, mobility tools
- Nutrition certification or coaching experience
- movement therapy, or mindset coaching
- Familiarity with sports injuries, myofascial release, or strength training
