Requirements
- Serve as the marketing liaison to the Land Planning and Recreation practice area.
- Collaborate with the Land Planning and Recreation team on the design, layout, and production of master plan documents and related materials.
- Develop proposal outlines and coordinate kickoff and review meetings with project teams.
- Learn the CRM system and Deltek Vantage Point.
- Gather, organize, and develop content, graphics, project information, and other materials for proposals and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize proposals, statements of qualifications, and other submittals.
- Review written content for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to McGill’s style and brand guidelines.
- Maintain proposal tracking records and an organized proposal filing system.
- Develop content for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with office managers, practice leaders, and project managers to understand client relationships, project history, and current work.
- Support marketing, business development, and other teams as needed.
- Assist with conferences, events, and related promotional activities.
- Serve on committees and teams as requested.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field of study is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience
- Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
