Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, bilingual support if applicable, and outstanding customer service to foster repeat business.
- Negotiate deal terms effectively, upsell additional products or services, and close deals confidently while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities and proficiency in multiple languages if applicable.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing and upselling.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
