Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team!
Description:
The selected candidate will provide support for a wide variety of Human Resource functions including benefit administration, recruitment, employee relations and routine administrative activities. Responsible for on-boarding new employees, human resource audits, and providing great customer service to SRMC employees and the general public.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two - Three years Human Resource experience preferred.
- Ability to work in collaboration with a variety of applicants, employees, vendors, and guests.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Must be able to organize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to type, make decisions, have good judgement and greet the public.
Hours:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Working hours are typically Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. However, other hours may be required for the effective operation of the department.
