Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in the Elkhart area!
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CNC machining experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Operators will primarily be responsible for loading parts, running CNC machines, and performing quality inspections. No machine setup experience is required.
Job Overview

- 3rd Shift: 10:25pm - 6:55am
- Temporary Assignment (Expected 3-6 Months)
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Mills and Lathe Machining Centers to complete daily production orders
- Load and unload parts from CNC equipment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform first-piece and hourly inspections to verify product quality
- Identify and report part defects or quality concerns to the Supervisor, Lead, or Quality team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Meet established production and quality goals
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

- Custom Thread Lathe
- Okuma-Howa
- Drill Presses
- Saws
- Additional machine shop equipment
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machining or machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic inspections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
