Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners. This role focuses on increasing patient referrals, promoting our services, and supporting practice growth.
Responsibilities
- Visit physician offices and healthcare facilities to build referral relationships.
- Promote the practice's services and specialties.
- Develop new referral sources and maintain existing partnerships.
- Address referral concerns and provider feedback.
- Track outreach activities and referral trends.
- Attend networking and community events.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must reside in or be willing to regularly travel within the Oxnard, Ventura, and Camarillo area.
