We're looking for experienced caregivers who genuinely enjoy making a difference in people's lives and who take pride in providing outstanding one-on-one care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Escort clients to appointments and errands when appropriate
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Maintain accurate daily care notes
- Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
