The Role (What You’ll Own)
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Lead installation crews on residential HVAC replacement projects
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently
- Mentor and support junior installers and apprentices
- Maintain professionalism and communication with homeowners
- Represent the company with pride and integrity
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Technical Execution
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, coils, package units, and ductwork
- Read and interpret installation layouts and specifications
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems in the field
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and direct installation team members on job sites
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Maintain productivity and accountability standards
- Communicate effectively with management and dispatch
Customer Experience
- Build trust and professionalism with homeowners
- Explain installation process and answer customer questions
- Deliver a clean, high-quality, 5-star customer experience
Safety & Accountability
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Accurately complete job documentation and paperwork
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
- Leadership or lead installer experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- Ability to lead a crew and maintain job efficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism

Experience
- HVAC Installation: 3+ years preferred
- Leadership or Lead Installer experience preferred
License/Certification
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
