Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment on the assembly line, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures to meet production specifications.
- Support warehouse organization by properly storing materials and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Skills
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge that enables troubleshooting and basic repairs of equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with assembly line procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Warehouse experience including material handling, inventory management, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining focus on quality standards.
