Regional Express is seeking an operations manager to oversee multiple logistics divisions. The operations manager will be coordinating and supervising the daily activities of Regional's labor force, fleet and execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Transportation Management (1099 or W2)
- FedEx Ground Experience
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Manage 10 direct reports
- Will oversee multiple operations in OH
- Strong Leadership and Customer Service skills
- Responsible for service and quality of driver performance
- Responsible for managing service of fleet, labor
- Computer Applications - Excel and Tracking platforms
