Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading materials.
- Build and fabricate product displays or packaging as required.
- Maintain an organized warehouse space by stocking shelves and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in forklift driving
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
