About Us
Harmony Junction Recovery is a premier 6-bed co-ed Detoxification (DTX) and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) in Lake Forest, California. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Night Shift Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct client supervision and support during overnight hours
- Conduct and document client rounds in accordance with facility policies
- Monitor client safety, behavior, and overall well-being
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and client transportation as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in KIPU EMR
- Communicate effectively with nursing, clinical, and management staff
- Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide compassionate support while maintaining professional boundaries
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
Qualifications:
- RADT, SUDRC, CADC, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment preferred
- Experience working in a detox or residential treatment setting is a plus
- Familiarity with KIPU EMR preferred
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional throughout overnight shifts
