We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team and play a key role in managing complex cases from intake to settlement or trial. We are actively expanding our Denver office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims (auto accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death, etc.)
- Draft, review, and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, demand letters, settlement agreements)
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with trial preparation
- Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and evidence
- Calculate damages, track medical treatment, and prepare settlement demands
- Assist with depositions, mediations, and hearings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation and personal injury law procedures
- Proficiency in legal software (Case Management, FileVine, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical records, liens, and insurance claims
