We are partnering with a well-established community hospital in the Mountain West seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead a close-knit perioperative team.

Position Overview:
The Director of Surgical Services will oversee approximately 20 staff members and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and leadership of the department. This role is primarily administrative, with the ability to step in and support clinically during emergent situations when needed.
Department Details:
- 3 Operating Rooms
- 200–225 cases per month
- Case mix includes Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Podiatry, and OB/GYN
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $102,000 – $143,000
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 3 years)
