Experienced Residential House Cleaner

We are hiring full-time and part-time, and we work across Albany, Rensselaer, and Saratoga Counties, so you should be within a reasonable drive of that area.
What you will be paid
- $21 to $23 an hour, based on your residential experience
- Customer tips, currently averaging $80 to $150 a week
- The IRS standard mileage rate when you drive your own vehicle between homes
- Performance bonuses

What the job actually is
You will clean homes to our standard, following systems we have already proven, so the client gets the same experience every visit.
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Dusting and surface care
- Vacuuming and floor care
- Bed making and home detailing
- Communicating with the office and your teammates
- Leaving every home like it is going to be inspected
You will drive between homes during the day, so a dependable vehicle is part of the job.
What you need to be considered
- At least one year of full-time residential cleaning experience. Houses, not offices, hotels, or janitorial work.
- A reliable personal vehicle in good mechanical condition
- A valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Available on weekdays within our working hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Full-time and part-time both work, so tell us the hours you can cover.

How hiring works here
We would rather both of us be sure. Here is the whole process, so nothing is a surprise:
1. Apply. If your experience lines up with what we need, we reach out.
2. A short overview video, then a quick assessment. We send you a brief video about how we operate and what we expect, plus a short assessment, so you can decide if this is what you want before you spend more time on it.
3. Phone conversation. We talk about your experience and answer your questions.
4. Interview with the management.
5. Paid Skills Evaluation. You work alongside our team so both of us can see if this is the right long-term fit.
6. Conditional offer. We send you a formal offer letter.
7. Paid training. We give you the systems and support to be good at this from day one.
