Seeking cheerful, outgoing and motivated servers with experience (bartending a plus; those with management interests and skills will take priority). Must have extensive knowledge of food and drink menus. Correctly and precisely calculate guest checks and accurately perform all cash handling procedures. Clean, stock and maintain workstations through out shift, while following all safety and sanitation policies. Bartenders/servers are expected to engage our guests with consistent levels of high quality hospitality. Perform additional serving responsibilities as requested by managers.
