LTS Elementary Guidance Counselor - Conshohocken Elementary
Location: Conshohocken Elementary
Salary: As per the CEA Agreement - Full Benefits included
Availability: August 24, 2026-November 24, 2026- Possible extension
Qualifications: PA Certification in Elementary School Counselor PK-12
Key Duties and Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide comprehensive counseling services to elementary students to support their academic, personal, and social development.
Serve as a member of child study, instructional support, multidisciplinary, and student assistance teams as necessary and assist in coordinating services of same.

Serve on school-based leadership/school improvement teams related to the well-being of students and climate to promote a safe and welcoming learning community.
Attend and participate in staff development activities, faculty meetings, and department/grade level meetings, and serve on building and/or district committees as requested.
Work closely with the CSD Home and School Visitor, CSD Behavioral Health Liaisons, and Community Counselors to support students and families.
