As a Lounge Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Operating a POS system, correctly handling payments.
- Assisting the mixologist and serving beverages to customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lounge area.
- Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service.
We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to top-notch service. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service.
