What You’ll Do:
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant. You’ll help guests feel welcome and taken care of while also getting hands-on in the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, positive attitude
- Taking orders, answering menu questions, and handling POS transactions
- Preparing and assembling rice bowls/Baos with consistency and care
- Running food and drinks to guests efficiently
- Keeping the dining and service areas clean and organized
- Supporting back-of-house operations as needed—this is a team effort!
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Comfort in both front-of-house service and light food prep
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
