Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Hairstylist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their craft, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (Required)
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in a salon setting
- Strong Understanding of Cutting and Color Techniques
- Open Availability to accommodate salon hours
- Willingness to Upsell products and services in a genuine, client-focused manner
- Team Player Mentality with a desire to learn from and collaborate with colleagues
- Compassionate Approach to working with clients, especially those seeking wigs and hair solutions
