Position Overview
We are seeking a Paralegal with three to fifteen years of relevant experience. Candidates with exposure to first-party litigation, personal injury defense, construction defect or products liability matters will stand out.

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys across active defense litigation matters
- Manage case files, deadlines and documentation
- Draft and prepare legal documents accurately
- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar platforms
- Assist with discovery, document review and case organization
- Maintain structured records using document management systems
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, internal teams and external partners
