We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional speech and language therapy services to our residents.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in residents, including dysphagia, apraxia, and cognitive-communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Provide speech and language therapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions
Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
Current license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Missouri
CPR certification
Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
