We’re looking for an EXPERIENCED Concrete Finisher who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive crew.
Position Overview:
The Concrete Finisher will primarily be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard, ensuring smooth, durable, and visually appealing results. This role focuses on finishing work but also requires assisting the crew as needed throughout the installation process.
Responsibilities:
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Trowel, smooth, and texture concrete to achieve the desired finish
- Ensure proper curing and surface quality
- Work closely with the crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup when needed
- Maintain tools and equipment used for finishing
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job
Qualifications
- Experience as a Concrete Finisher (REQUIRED)
- Ability to trowel, edge, and finish concrete to a professional standard
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
