Job description:
Sales Associate – Full-Time
Pay: $18 – $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with occasional weekends

What You’ll Do
- Tour homes and communities with prospective residents
- Draft and process contracts, leases, and applications
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline and meet goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
- Support sales team with reporting and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales/leasing experience
- Strong communication & people skills
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, flexible for some weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
