Duties

- Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and personalized feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Create a positive classroom environment with effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that support diverse learning needs
- Mentor students by providing individualized support, tutoring, and guidance on language development and academic skills
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school-wide educational initiatives
