Our client, a global investment manager who is focused on renewable investments within solar and wind in North America is looking for a Senior Associate and a VP to join their North American investments team.
This role will be sat within in the main team investing from the flagship fund.
Responsibilities include:

Originating deals within renewable energy PE

Extensive networking within the wind and solar financing space

Leading efforts for creating, maintaining, and reviewing financial models, equity structures and debt financing

Manage deal execution team, interacting with both junior and senior deal team members etc

Analysis of both tax equity and debt financing structures
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in energy or infrastructure energy projects

Relevant experience within M&A, financing or development projects.

Previous North American experience is a must

Strong demonstrable attention to detail when reviewing documents specifically acquisition documents, off-take agreements, shareholder agreements and project financing documents etc
