We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily meal production operations in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
Duties
- Manage daily commercial kitchen operations.
- Supervise and support food preparation staff
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering.
- Oversee production schedules and delivery readiness
- Utilize skills for meal preparation and presentation.
- Train and develop kitchen team members.
- Ensure all meals meet program and nutritional requirements.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry, management experience required.
- Strong leadership and organizational
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in menu planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
